We are an established brand and made the switch to Attentive over a year ago. Their onboarding team was organized and our reps (currently Marc) really add value to our SMS marketing. We've never had an issue with the platform and even the AI recommendations for text campaigns provide very good examples that we often use over our own planned copy.

Attentive is a terrific SMS marketing provider. Their white glove service is unmatched and has been critical for my lean marketing team. They are an internal part of our marketing communications and their employees have all been amazing to work with. They do a great job at providing you with helpful resources and tools!

We've been using Attentive for a few years. Their Shopify integration is easy and seamless.

I kept getting messages from the sales encouraging me to try the app, but when I pressed for additional information, all they would provide me was asking for a "20 min call." Eventually, I installed the app and tried it out, but I was horrified to learn that I couldn't use it and that I had to schedule a "20 min call" with them in order to use it.
Since I started using Shopify in 2016, I have never encountered a user experience quite like this one. They are unable to easily contact the user. Install the app and give it a try if you want to confirm my review.

We've used Attentive for 3.5 years now, and they have continuously impressed us each year with their innovations in the SMS/email space. Their support team is top-notch and will make setup a breeze. Can't recommend them enough!

As a platform it has been excellent in executing our marketing messages out to users. It also has robust segmentation possibilities and provides quality reports/data for us to review. One fall back is the integration segmentations can have issues.

Attentive has been a top notch SMS provider. It's super easy to use and the White Glove support is second to none. Chat is always available so you never have to feel stuck, you can always get an answer. Reporting is great too.

Billing transparency is equal 0. For some weird reason one can not see detailed billing or find exact cost for anything in the account home. Billing invoices are emailed from another system, instead of being visible in the account, no billing history ... nothing. When I think better that must be intentional. Of course, prices might be somewhere in the contract, but who looks at the contracts.
Also revenue contributed to the app is incorrect, overestimated. We have lot of revenue from new customers, and of course new customers subscribe to SMS ... attentive attributes every new purchase to the attentive generated revenue.
They deal terribly when you decide to go. They didn't release our list on time and porting the number takes weeks (unnecessarily). Their prices are higher than everyone else with almost no advantage (we didn't see any increase in numbers, etc).
We've tried Emotive and Postscript as well, and I'd rate Attentive as the worst.
