Attentive has been a GREAT new asset to our business. The support team is great at start-up, and there for you as you go. So glad they are part of our program.
Our experience with Attentive has been nothing short of amazing; we're very impressed by how quickly SMS marketing has become a dependably strong channel for our sales.
The Shopify integration is easy to use as with everything Attentive touches. Highly recommend partnering with Attentive for SMS messaging!

Do not trust Attentive.
They tie inexperienced entrepreneurs into long contracts, then fail to deliver on their promises.
If you get behind on a bill, they will ruin your credit score.
There is no reason to use Attentive when Post Script is better, cheaper, and doesn't have shady business practices.
BEWARE: My repeated requests for cancellation have gone either challenged or ignored for almost a year. Now, after my third request, I “haven’t given proper notice”. The thoughtless response is very frustrating. It appears that either no effort was put forth to look into my repeated requests to cancel my account OR their practices are predatory and shady. Either way, it’s unacceptable and I highly encourage you to choose Klaviyo, PostScripts or any other company that doesn’t require a contract or a meeting for every simple request.
I am sorry to hear about the inability to cancel, but the team of CSMs here will look into this ASAP to ensure an easy transition for your brand. I do not have visibility into any current contracts you may be under, but they will be!

I kept getting messages from the sales encouraging me to try the app, but when I pressed for additional information, all they would provide me was asking for a "20 min call." Eventually, I installed the app and tried it out, but I was horrified to learn that I couldn't use it and that I had to schedule a "20 min call" with them in order to use it.
Since I started using Shopify in 2016, I have never encountered a user experience quite like this one. They are unable to easily contact the user. Install the app and give it a try if you want to confirm my review.

Attentive is hands down the best sms marketing provider out there, no question. We saw immediate results right off the bat when we installed it over a year ago. Now they are an internal part of our marketing communications. Also, their staff is amazing to work with and always pushing the envelope to test new functions to create a better user & customer experience. Can't recommend them enough!
