SMS has quickly become one of most effective channels for not only campaign messaging, but two-way conversational marketing and we could not have seen the growth we have without the support from Attentive.

We've been using Attentive for more than a year to help with our SMS marketing. They provide excellent customer support and have an easy-to-use interface that makes scheduling Campaigns and setting up automations easy.

We've been with Attentive for a few years now with multiple brands in our company. We are using them for email and SMS and the dashboard is very user-friendly unlike some other companies we used like Klaviyo and Yotpo. We are currently working with Erika our Senior Customer Success Manager who has been very helpful in getting us ready for BFCM. She's provided all the resources (links) and tools needed to excel this quarter. She's also super responsive! It's great having some guidance if needed with growing our brands because we've worked with many companies before that don't provide the additional expertise. Out of all the email marketing companies we've worked with, this one by far is the best!

We've been with Attentive for a year now and continue to see our revenue from the channel increase YOY. It's very easy to use, has great reporting features, and the White Glove Support is fast. I love the library of texts to get inspiration for new campaigns. Really couldn't ask for more in an SMS platform.

Attentive came to our attention when we were looking for alternatives to Klaviyo for email marketing that also serviced SMS. Attentive was a stand out due to its integrated SMS and email functionality as well as native integration to Shopify. They also offered an extensive trial with analysis on the benefits that Attentive would bring to the business compared to our existing vendors. The onboarding experience was robust and pleasant with plenty of support from both Australian local support as well as their global team.

Attentive has been a great addition to our marketing toolkit. The platform is intuitive, and provides clear insights that help us optimize our campaigns. Their customer support team is also super responsive and helpful.

However, one downside is that we don’t have a dedicated account manager, which sometimes makes it harder to move fast or make adjustments. There are certain features or changes that can only be made through their team, which adds some extra steps and limits flexibility.

Overall, Attentive is still a powerful tool that’s helped us improve engagement and conversions, but having more autonomy inside the platform would make it even better.

I just haven't used another SMS service I like as much as this, and their AI pro features have significantly improved our performance and made my job easier.
