However, I can't agree that our system doesn't work and no one responds. Your questions got responses from both email and live chat channels by our support team.

Reviewing before using is kind of the wrong way around
Started using Attribuly recently and I'm quite impressed with all the options and simplicity of operation this app offers. Made some basic tests and tracking seems to be very accurate so far. Also, it's easy to talk to them anytime with the live chat option. They are very kind and promptly reply to your inquiries. I can definitely recommend this app!
