Hey Kaufweise, we are sorry for the poor experience. The current setting is that your paid plan will end once you unsubscribe. We are trying to make it to the end of your subscription to improve satisfaction.
However, I can't agree that our system doesn't work and no one responds. Your questions got responses from both email and live chat channels by our support team.

Started using Attribuly recently and I'm quite impressed with all the options and simplicity of operation this app offers. Made some basic tests and tracking seems to be very accurate so far. Also, it's easy to talk to them anytime with the live chat option. They are very kind and promptly reply to your inquiries. I can definitely recommend this app!
it's really good because it keep track of the important things i need to keep up with.
Muit plans for just starting is really nice even a free 7 day trial
