The technical support team is highly dedicated and has patiently addressed every one of my questions. The tracking and attribution feature captures data in real-time with no delay, and the analysis paths are comprehensive.
We had high hopes for the Atrovyli app on Shopify, but what we got in return was heartbreak. We invested time, money, and trust—only to be met with disappointment and frustration. The pricing is outrageously high for what you actually get. There’s no real value, no meaningful return on investment, and the results were weak at best.
Alex, who was supposed to guide us, was completely unreliable. He scheduled meetings and didn’t show up, ignored our messages, and showed zero empathy or accountability. It felt like we were shouting into the void.
To make matters worse, they work with shady partners. In our case, this led to real damage and a loss of trust. When we asked for a refund due to a clear calculation error, they refused to take responsibility or even meet us halfway. No apology, no understanding—just cold indifference.
This experience left us feeling drained, disappointed, and frankly betrayed. We wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

You have the final authority to review the subscription terms, and your consent signifies that you have been informed of the terms. Since you have already used the software, the billing can not be refunded. If there is any misunderstanding between you and your consultant, please communicate with them to resolve it.
In the end, I uninstalled this.
Attribuly is a decent ROI tracking tool, and I really liked its ability to display live events on my website in real time. Unfortunately, there are three major downsides that made me stop using it.
1. Unpredictable and expensive pricing – It charges $0.50 per 1,000 events. For websites with many SKUs, this becomes extremely costly. Even with only 1,500 monthly visits, I still had to pay over $40/month, which is far from friendly for new sites.
2. Live event bug – When the data volume increases, the live event feature fails to correctly display all events from the same day.
3. Lack of customer support or no support at all – I once submitted a ticket about Facebook’s crawler consuming a large number of live events. It took over a week to get a reply, and the issue was never resolved.
In short, while Attribuly offers some genuinely useful features, the frustrations far outweigh the benefits.
