This app solves a real problem and is easy to use! There is nothing more important than understanding your customers. At the end of the day, they are the reason that your business exists! Attribute demystifies customer acquisition and will either confirm your biases (useful) or tell you something surprising (super useful.) Install and set up is a breeze. The app allows you to customize the survey questions to fit your brand voice, and get the data you need. We've found that customers are happy to fill out the survey, but if they skip it, the app integrates with Klaviyo so you can follow up by email to get even more responses.
