I used this app to set up my first auction on my online shop, and love it! The interface is super clear and easy to use, and I was able to set it up fast without any issues. I will definitely be using it in the future. Thank you again to Chris and Jonathan at Raremarq for all your help!

Our team wasted a lot of time setting up this app to our website. It does not allow customers to sign in to bid. Also customers can bid without adding a payment method, this means that they can backout of a purchase even after bidding. I don't recommend this app until it's been fixed.

Hi there - Sorry to hear you had problems with our app. We've followed up over email to assist, but a few clarifying details for anyone that reads this review:

1. Our app does require a user to sign in to bid. This allows us to protect the buyers and merchants. You can see an example of this here: https://shop.raremarq.com/products/new-shirt?variant=52519168442641

2. Customers can bid without adding a payment method: this is correct. A sign in is required, but because of our integration required, we cannot require someone to add a form of payment. We do fix this by automatically creating the payment invoice and sending reminder emails to the winner of the auction. Lastly, we're one of the few apps that allows merchants to choose a payment window, and if the current winner does not complete payment within that time period, we can close out the current winner's draft invoice and automatically select the next winner.

The team at Auction now is very accessible and hands on with any set-up help needed. We are so thrilled to be able to run auctions from our own website and work directly with our customers instead of through a third party like Ebay. We've gained new customers and our long time customers have loved the new feature as well
