The support could not be any better. I did run into some issues setting up, but they were always resolved *instantly* by Jack who operates the support chat. The app does what it's intended to do, which is a unique benefit, but the support team definitely makes it worth choosing this app over a different auction option.

I’ve tried a couple different auction apps and have deleted them because they were so difficult to navigate/install. This one was SO easy!! But be conscious of the fact that you may need the app developer to activate something on his end before the auction can go LIVE. Just leave yourself enough time to do that! But once you’re ready, the customer service is excellent! Helped me get my auctions LIVE immediately! So excited to use this app.
Shakil was great at helping me with my first auction and helped me set up something I didn't even know was an option. Love this app

easy to set up, almost did it but needed to contact support, quick and easy fix and was working in 5 minutes.
