Auction Today is a very good app to use with my Shopify store and tech support responded fast and solved the problem when I ran into problems. Shakil was my tech support agent and helped me out big time. I definitely recommend this app.

Very Patient Customer Service ... I am not tech savvy .. I was trying out a few different auction apps and somehow got myself in a mess .. was ready to give up and tried to delete only to make a bigger mess .. Then the Help Arrived. I was frustrated and rude and did not deserve the Awesome Help they Provide! Figured out what I did wrong and showed me how to do it correctly .. 100% Recommend !! Now I Can Easily Create Auctions !! Just What I Needed !! Thank You !!

This app was very easy to install and setup and the Customer Service far exceeds anything we have experienced on the App Store. Sam in particular was super helpful in getting some very tricky code to implement.

One of the easier apps to work with within Shopify. They have thorough tutorials on their site but when I ran into something in the backend that was giving us trouble their customer service was prompt and thorough. The app offers the best auction functionality out there from what I have seen so far. Evenly important, the customer service support is great. They are unbelievably fast with their response. They are flexible and open to discuss and adapt to solutions that suite your business case within what is technically reasonable. Great app, great support!

Support was very helpful in making the app work to my liking with my store. We had to customize a few things but they did it very quickly for me. The auction feature is working great as well. So far so good! Shout out to Mack!

We were excited to use this app because of the reviews. Customer support is non-existent. Seems not to work with Shopify 2.0. Looking at other apps.
