Audien Reviews is an exceptional Shopify app that streamlines the process of collecting, showcasing, and managing product reviews, allowing merchants to easily gather reviews, including via email requests and AliExpress imports, and then display them using attractive, customizable widgets that boost customer trust and confidence.

This app has several issues--
1) There is a persistent flickering issue in mobile.
2) When manually adding a review, the image quality significantly decreases
3) When you open the import review popup, the filters change automatically after the reviews are imported.
4) There's no option to export reviews.

I've tried many free review apps including air reviews and judge.me and I have to say this one is the best by some margin, Plus you can edit reviews which others don't allow for some reason

My only complaint would be that the colour customization isn't quite as advanced as i'd personally like, but i'd say it would be perfectly fine for 99% of people, highly recommend

Very very nice application, I use it and I am very very happy. Simple and complete for my needs.

Seems like the app could have potential, but I don't want to take the time to learn how to reformat a csv file just to upload my reviews. That's more work than I believe is necessary, and I rather just pick a more efficient app. If you gave customers the option to upload reviews manually, that would also be helpful.

This is a very interesting application. Being bale to offer 10% discount to incentivize the customer to bring in more reviews is great.

Has been by far the best review app i have used. It lets me display reviews however i want, import reviews straight from aliexpress, manage reviews, it gives me a dashboard to see my reviews and so much more. I love it
