I was recommended Audien by a friend, I was using loox before this but it is extremely pricy for what it is, i wasn't expecting Audien to be particularly good but as it turns out it is almost flawless, it's easy to use simple to setup and you can even edit reviews if you are importing and you need to translate stuff from aliexpress.

the only downside i'd say is that the colour customisation isnt amazing and id like it to be a bit more intricate but id say it will be perfectly fine for most people.

Has been by far the best review app i have used. It lets me display reviews however i want, import reviews straight from aliexpress, manage reviews, it gives me a dashboard to see my reviews and so much more. I love it

It is a fantastic application; it has all the features of a paid app. I recommend it. You can manage reviews and add pictures to the reviews. All in all the best review application.

I'm pleasantly surprised by Audien. It helped massively improve my store with my reviews. Considering how good the app is, its shocking that its actually free! I'm thoroughly impressed by the team behind it and I hope they continue their excellent work.

Simple good use and the customer service is on point! Very helpful and app is adaptive to the settings of my website I might need.

An application that has all the features of paid ones and is not inferior to them in terms of simplicity of structure and easy setup, from importing, customization to editing reviews! I recommend it!

UPDATED: My first impression of the app was very good, but wanted to update my review after 3 weeks of use. Also, wanted to highlight all the amazing support that I’ve received from Andy and the Audien team!! (They didn’t ask me to update my review. This is done on my own accord )

After having a play around and testing many other review apps, I ended up switching fully to Audien. It’s now my main reviews app. The reviews are displayed cleanly on the store. It looks professional, well designed and seems fast. The backend user interface is also clean, easy to use and easy to customize. It doesn’t bombard you with a million unnecessary things like in some other apps.

The upload/import feature is my favourite part – especially the ability for unlimited imports, and importing ratings without comments. This was a key deciding factor for my switch. This was very important for me to consolidate and migrate all my previous reviews.

Lastly, Andy and the team have been amazing! Whenever I had issues, requests, feedback or need help with CSS customization or anything else - they have been quick to respond, and helped me resolve any problems immediately. They have been very proactive, accommodating and customer-centric. Really great work! Thank you so much for all your support!! I highly recommend trying the app out and working with the team!

I've tried many free review apps including air reviews and judge.me and I have to say this one is the best by some margin, Plus you can edit reviews which others don't allow for some reason

My only complaint would be that the colour customization isn't quite as advanced as i'd personally like, but i'd say it would be perfectly fine for 99% of people, highly recommend

I've tried many apps but this one really works for me, the user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through various sections. The search functionality is quick and accurate, helping me find the reviews I need in no time. The image & video functionality is really nice. One of the standout features of this app is being able to provide offers to customers to write a review. Nice Job guys!
