Basic functionality not working for several months! "Support" not answering, writing generous msg and going offline! Its an insult how they treat the paying customers! No functionality, a lot of bugs and very very bad support! Again its not possible to publish reviews! Already reported this error several months ago! They told me to take care, but nothing happens and now I have to wait again several hours and get slowed down, bc I made this bad deccission to relie on this software! In my case, its in fact not possible to do anything with it! The page widgets have also bugs, that still not fixed! Would recommend for nobody! They only charge, but dont take care about funcionality or fast responses! Absolutley not recommended! I tried to avoid, but I will switch to another app! Unfortunatley they give u no other choice! Its a risk for a business to relie on this app!

This really works good and easy to access without any long process

Je recois bien les avis, mais impossible d'envoyer de mails de demandes a mes clients. Impossible egalement de prendre un forfait pour beneficier de plus d'avis et d'option. Aucune réponse du SAV. Je vais changer d'application!

Le souci de changer de forfait a été résolu plutôt rapidement une fois en relation avec eux. Je trouve néanmoins que les forfaits sont un peu cher pour le service proposé.
Le probleme d'envoyer des mails n'a pas été résolu par contre.

I regret ever installing the Audien Reviews app. First off, their customer support is absolutely terrible. I reached out multiple times regarding issues, and all I got were generic responses that didn’t solve anything. It’s as if they don’t care once you’ve installed the app.

To make things worse, their app creates serious issues in Google Search Console, particularly with ratings and reviews. After installing, my search console was flooded with errors like:

"Invalid object type for field 'aggregateRating'"
"Missing required field 'itemReviewed'"
"Invalid structured data for product reviews"
These errors tank your SEO performance, and even after uninstalling, the errors didn’t go away easily! Searching online, I found many others complaining about the same issues.

This app is more trouble than it’s worth. It promises to help with reviews but ends up hurting your business instead. Avoid this app at all costs there are much better alternatives available

After spending weeks with 2 developers of 2 different themes i bought, both of the problems were caused by your app, in which you did reply on one of my stores and denied it.

While working on my main store this is what they said,

Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue you are facing for your store regarding the sales is caused by the product structural data issue. As we want to let you know that the issue is happening because of the review app which you are using. As their aggregate data is not passed the Google search results as shown in the snapshot below.

As this issue will cause Google SEO issues because of the incomplete product structural data.

Your app has not let my stores be seen on google at all and this store I was about to shut down because it had zero traffic and no sales for months.

Well, I went with Judge.me review app yesterday and got a few reviews up and had a sale on this store in less than 24hrs today. I am having to manually redo my reviews because you REFUSE to answer me or give me a csv file for the 1500+ reviews i lost for 3 stores.

Have a great day! Deleting your app now. I will be sure and review your app from my other 2 stores soon.
