I would give zero if i could! This app will ruin yuour store DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This is my 3rd store it has ruined on a new theme.

I've checked this out, and it looks like the Audien Reviews edited a theme file related to the product template, but not exactly the file required for the app installation. This seems to be something of a conflict between this app and the Monk theme.

This change was causing strange behaviour on the Recently viewed section and leading to the error shown in the Theme Editor.

I have 3 stores I stupidly used this app on & after spending weeks with 2 developers of 2 different themes i bought, both of the problems were caused by this app.

While working on my main store this is what Theme Developers said,

Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue you are facing for your store regarding the sales is caused by the product structural data issue. As we want to let you know that the issue is happening because of the review app which you are using. As their aggregate data is not passed the Google search results as shown in the snapshot below.

As this issue will cause Google SEO issues because of the incomplete product structural data.

Your app has not let my stores be seen on google at all and this store I was about to shut down because it had zero traffic and no sales for months.

Well, I went with Judge.me review app yesterday and got a few reviews up and had a sale on this store in less than 24hrs today. I am having to manually redo my reviews because you REFUSE to answer me or give me a csv file for the 1500+ reviews i lost for 3 stores.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TRAFFIC OR SALES THEN ADD THEIR APP!!! BEWARE IT WILL RUIN YOUR STORE

Really good, easy to use, good support. Recommended. Update - 2/4/25 Previously the SEO component was available for the lower paid plan but now needs to be upgraded to the $29USD - which is $47AUD plan to use this option , so that is disappointing. However I am happy with the rest of the app and its available options. It is easy to use, looks attractive in the store and a great option for a basic review app

Audien is a reliable product review app I have installed about a month ago and it has already collected some reviews from our customers with no issues. You can customize it to your needs and their support is ready to help. I recommend

This app has several issues--
1) There is a persistent flickering issue in mobile.
2) When manually adding a review, the image quality significantly decreases
3) When you open the import review popup, the filters change automatically after the reviews are imported.
4) There's no option to export reviews.
