UPDATED: My first impression of the app was very good, but wanted to update my review after 3 weeks of use. Also, wanted to highlight all the amazing support that I’ve received from Andy and the Audien team!! (They didn’t ask me to update my review. This is done on my own accord )

After having a play around and testing many other review apps, I ended up switching fully to Audien. It’s now my main reviews app. The reviews are displayed cleanly on the store. It looks professional, well designed and seems fast. The backend user interface is also clean, easy to use and easy to customize. It doesn’t bombard you with a million unnecessary things like in some other apps.

The upload/import feature is my favourite part – especially the ability for unlimited imports, and importing ratings without comments. This was a key deciding factor for my switch. This was very important for me to consolidate and migrate all my previous reviews.

Lastly, Andy and the team have been amazing! Whenever I had issues, requests, feedback or need help with CSS customization or anything else - they have been quick to respond, and helped me resolve any problems immediately. They have been very proactive, accommodating and customer-centric. Really great work! Thank you so much for all your support!! I highly recommend trying the app out and working with the team!

I am using short period of time, and so far is good and very simple to use.
