Hi Andy! I have not had any response after numerous attempts and Shopify support has also contacted you.
YOUR APP RUINED MY 3 STORES!!!!
SO HERE IS YOUR REVIEW FOR YOUR APP!!!!
After spending weeks with 2 developers of 2 different themes i bought, both of the problems were caused by your app, in which you did reply on one of my stores and denied it.
While working on my main store this is what they said,
Hello there,
Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue you are facing for your store regarding the sales is caused by the product structural data issue. As we want to let you know that the issue is happening because of the review app which you are using. As their aggregate data is not passed the Google search results as shown in the snapshot below.
As this issue will cause Google SEO issues because of the incomplete product structural data.
Your app has not let my stores be seen on google at all and this store I was about to shut down because it had zero traffic and no sales for months.
Well, I went with Judge.me review app yesterday and got a few reviews up and had a sale on this store in less than 24hrs today. I am having to manually redo my reviews because you REFUSE to answer me or give me a csv file for the 1500+ reviews i lost for 3 stores.
Have a great day! Deleting your app now. I will be sure and review your app from my other 2 stores soon.

I've checked this out, and it looks like the Audien Reviews edited a theme file related to the product template, but not exactly the file required for the app installation. This seems to be something of a conflict between this app and the Monk theme.
This change was causing strange behaviour on the Recently viewed section and leading to the error shown in the Theme Editor.

This app has several issues--
1) There is a persistent flickering issue in mobile.
2) When manually adding a review, the image quality significantly decreases
3) When you open the import review popup, the filters change automatically after the reviews are imported.
4) There's no option to export reviews.
This APP did not work for me. After I installed it, I kept having issues with my shopping cart and unable to click the products and go to shopping cart. With very little help from the APP maker, I was lucky that I had my shopping cart back. It took Audien more than two days to fix this issue as my customers were unable to complete any purchase. I do not recommend this.
Hello, we checked your theme files at the time, and it was an issue with the theme files. Our app doesn't modify these, which is why it took some time to coordinate. We hope to continue serving you if possible.😁
