I signed up for the free trial to test the service, but it ended up not being what I was looking for. I went over the trial period by just two days and was charged $350. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming Shopify was at fault, even though they could have easily issued the refund themselves.

On top of that, the app isn’t customizable at all. They try to turn you into a client through the app, so it’s more like a marketing tool for their agency rather than a functional app. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unhelpful.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand how frustrating this must have been. Shopify typically sends reminders before the trial ends, so the overlap you mentioned is unusual, as our system automatically tracks the trial period.

Regarding customization, while we aren’t an agency, we do offer consultancy to help customers implement new features, like competitor pricing in your case.

Aument is great as it makes it simple to create custom pop ups and emails - welcome flows, newsletters, mass email blasts..etc. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. Anytime I have a question the Aument team is quick to respond and offer a solution.

It's so important for us to reach everyone who could benefit from our supplements and, until we started using Aument, we didn't realize how many eager buyers we were missing! probe muchas de estas aplicaciones, aument por lejos la mejor! tienen un customer service, activo 24 / 7 . Que me ayudaron a aumentar mis ventas a traves de todas sus integraciones. muy amigable al usar y facil leer los resultados para poder realizar buenos analisis post camapanas.

Uso la aplicación para mandar newsletters y carritos abandonados, muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Siento que podrían explorar muchas funcionalidades que aún no tienen

Me gusta mucho la app, en general aporta a la solución de carrito abandonado tanto para email como para sms. Creo que aun puede seguir mejorando, sobre todo en integrar mejor info con shopify (que el abandoned checkout sea el mismo reporte que el de aument). La otra es que el equipo de aument me ha prestado mucho soporte lo que me ha ayudado bastante.

Support is Great, and helps secure the sale, if you have an Advertising setup, this is a great low-cost solution to increase sales, when customers abandon their cart, because they got busy, or found something else, there still is a chance they buy off you, slowly but steadily. The Free Plan is good enough to just get started, get the app, and set up an Abandoned Cart Email Campaign, You Won't Regret it. And if you cannot figure it out, the support will help you, correct you, and take great care of you So far it's helped my store do $7554 CAD in sales Now all my email marketing goes through here :)
