Aura is a third party mobile app that uses artificial intelligence to help consumers quickly find clothing that matches their style. Using the Aura Shopify app, Partners that wish to sell their clothes on the Aura mobile app can seamlessly share their real-time inventory, and therefore ensure consumers always know what is available. In addition, when a sale is made, the Aura Shopify app will decrement the partner inventory (optional) so that you do not have to remember to do this manually.
If a partner wants to disable the app and stop sharing inventory data with Aura, they can simply toggle the enable/disable to disable, thus preventing the sharing of any product data with Aura.
Customers must be able to complete a transaction in USD.
Merchants must be able to fulfill orders within the US.
Merchants must be an authorized seller of the brands in their catalogue.
Merchants should carry men's and/or women's apparel or accessories. Aura does not feature children's clothing, home, or beauty products at this stage.
Merchants’ stores must be live at time of applying to be considered.
We do not accept resale or consignment merchants at the moment.
Unfortunately, sole trader applicants are not considered.
What happens once I have submitted my application?
Your application to join Aura will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process.
What to expect as an approved partner on Aura:
Aura charges commission on sales before returns. There is no monthly subscription fee. Commission is charged on the item amount only. You are not charged commission on shipping costs (or any US sales tax, or other local, state or federal tax that you are obligated to collect on the order within the US).
