PluginHive offered experienced instructors, who gave easy to follow directions.
Some instructions were difficult to hear, and asking for these to be repeated was frustrating to both parties.
The Black box showing the instructors' name, continued to impede progress around the screen- is there a way to minimise this out of sight?

I have been using the app for a day and so far it is working well and I have appreciated the support from Sibi who set up a meeting to show me the basics. I am sure it will just take a little time to get used to the app after changing from a different provider. I found it extremely easy to install and set up and like that you aren't being charged for additional labels over 40 a month like other providers as all costs add up when you are a small business.
