We looked at and tested a number of different apps for AusPost parcel integration and labelling. We found PluginHive's app the best in terms of functionality, support and cost. Aust Post Rates & Labels plugin is great and the helpdesk is superb! Anees and Mithun have been absolutely incredible with a couple of issues I've run into - they have worked tirelessly, and with understanding and expertise, to resolve the issues for our team. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I am totally blown away at the level of customer service I have received today! Shortly after downloading the app I received a phone call asking if I needed any help with anything and sure enough I did. Anees was so very patient with me and incredibly helpful!
I have started using this App for approximately 3 weeks and I find it easy to use and much quicker than what i used before .
It is a simple but effective tool which after using it a few times is quite simple which is what you would want .
The less Mouse clicks the better
Support is very quick in responding and very helpfull.
