We recently made the switch from our previous shipping app, Addition (AMP), to PluginHive's Australia Post Rates and Labels app, and the difference has been night and day.

Setting up accurate shipping rules can be complex, but every single time I contacted the PluginHive team, they responded within hours. Their replies were always concise, highly technical, and packed with the exact helpful information we needed to map out our business contract requirements.
Thanks to their fast turnaround times and excellent customer service, what could have been a stressful migration was made completely seamless.
