I have started using this App for approximately 3 weeks and I find it easy to use and much quicker than what i used before .
It is a simple but effective tool which after using it a few times is quite simple which is what you would want .
The less Mouse clicks the better
Support is very quick in responding and very helpfull.
Addina M was outstanding! I was so amazed to get a called very soon after downloading the app which I have never experienced before. After sharing my screen with Addina she walked me through the whole process. I would have been stuck and confused on my own for sure. Addina answered all my questions and made sure I was confident before she left the Zoom meeting. What service and I haven't even started using the app yet!

I found it very easy to install and immediately upon request I had great tech support from Sibi who explained everything very well and got me up and running. I'd definitely recommend this app and business to others.
So far it seems as though the app will do what I want it to do. Sagar was very helpful in the zoom meeting to go through a few minor set-up issues I had.
I am totally new to this, the consultant that contacted me to help set up the app was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to help set me up with everything. Highly recommended.
