Laura has been an absolute legend in helping us get our complex product freight sorted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Absolutely rubbish app. Blocks integration with any other shipping service and only allows shipping on standard Auspost sizes. Which means if it’s a large item your customers can’t buy it.
Support is also rubbish, nothing better than waiting hours while you lose customers. Avoid

Sorry we fell short when you reached out! While we don't currently have an after hours support team, we do pride ourselves on responding quick smart when we're online.
Our app doesn't block stores from connecting other shipping services, but rather the issue here is you are trying to connect to an independent company called "Interparcel", which is not a service provided by Australia Post. You can check out the Interparcel website and download their app to connect your store to their platform. The TCC app can certainly support businesses who ship oversized or heavy items however you do need the right Australia Post contract for this capability.

Addition support is the man, and the App works better than advertised!
App makes life alot easier, especially if shipping to oversea's countries. Addition support was espeically helpful, responded very quickly to emails and was fantastic. Highly recommend the app.

The app has massively saved us time, money, and general frustration with Australia Post. Their customer service is the best I've experienced, with helpful responses within a couple hours, and any app feature requests I've made have been implemented to a quality degree. Highly helpful staff and an effective app makes for an enjoyable experience.
Hands down the best support and app out there. This is a must have shipping app and honestly the best one out there. Addition support is always there to offer support and will sort out any issues you have. Nothing is too big or too small for him and the response rate is super fast. I would give him more then 5 stars if I could.
