I'm super happy with this app and the support received from Addition. We had a few complicated requirements and the team was able to quickly and effortless implement them all. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to integrate their Australia Post eParcel rates into Shopify. A++

Very fast and responsive customer support - THANK YOU - I am often nervous when taking on a new app. The shortfalls about identifying road only items would be a great feature that we are still looking at, and thank you for taking on board that suggestion.
Otherwise, does as it should, and I am very happy with it.
Super practical and hassle free App to manage shipping rates and import orders and customers' details to print out easily all the shipping labels needed. We have been using Addition app for the last 2 years and it has always been working smoothly. Outstanding Technical support and responsive and fast customer service. They can make a real difference if you need a specific customisation. I can only say positive words about these guys. 100% recommended.
In addition to the app performing perfectly, the customer service is speedy, personal, and extremely helpful. 6/5 stars!
I really love this app. I had some difficulty setting it up just because I'm not that great with computers but the help staff was incredibly helpful and replied right away. The app is easy to use once you read the instructions and super useful for my business selling prints of my paintings. Thanks for the help and the great app! Totally worth the monthly fee.
We have been using Addition for a few months now, it took a little while for the team to get used to it, the team has rapidly implement feedback including address validations and show us how to best use the app. However every month the billing is a problem and they put a help us serve you better to the ops team stopping us from shipping orders has gone down since AMP bought it.
