Can't recommend these guys enough!
Their customer service is on point - they responded to my email within minutes. They proactively resolved my issue and provided me feedback on what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future (my issue was self-inflicted).
As a Busy business owner, it was so refreshing to have received a response so quickly with my issue already resolved!
Love this app and the support team! Integrates seamlessly with our Shopify and whenever I have an issue the support team are always there to help look into my problem and come up with a solution. If you’re looking for an Australia post plug-in, this is the one!

After years of using and being super happy with this app., I encountered a shipping problem with an item that should have gone smoothly. The Staff spent some time investigating and finding the problem, which was created by myself, and then fixed it for me. I can thoroughly recommend both the app. and especially the helpful Staff.

Addition support is the man, and the App works better than advertised!
Great app that works seamlessly with Shopify. Really easy to use, support has been great and Laura has been so helpful! We wanted to change the default on a certain field and Laura actioned it immediately.
What an awesome app. A must for Australian online retailers. Great up to date and real time postage rates. Customer service is also A1 as Addition support is quick to answer all tech questions. A++++ App!!!!

Addition support and his customer service and product are second to none. I have been using the app for couple of months with complete faith in the product. If you are an Australian retailer this is the way around the variable shipping costs around Australia.
