Our store www.blitzsports.com.au needed shipping help, Shopify really doesn't handle weights of large items. Addition support was a dream to work with. What a legend! Fixed all our issues and we even spoke on the phone about setup, which most companies wouldn't do for $100 a month let alone $10 a month. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Ask about the Interparcel and dimensions apps. They're worth the money too!
Was unsure how to set up free shipping within my city, contacted Addition support support and recieved assistance litterally 2 minutes later. Fantastic support and application, highly reccomended.
Never in my whole life have I experienced customer service as good as Addition. They are so quick to respond, patient, and so helpful, and it is highly appreciated. I never ever write reviews so trust me when I say that this is 110% worth every cent, and makes checkout so much easier.

I would say this is the probably the most useful app you can use if you ran an e-commerce store in Australia. Easily helps you open your store up for international sales by automatically calculating international shipping options. Also helps my customers choose express shipping options. Highly recommended
Addition has been a life saver in streamlining the customer checkout, and order fulfillment process. Many apps out there have super overwhelming interfaces, and many areas to click through, whereas this app takes all the parts you really need, and puts it into one super easy to navigate workflow. The customer service provided here is also second to none... quick and responsive, and able to overcome problems with ease! They helped me with the setup process and I can't give enough credit to how helpful they were the whole way through. There are still some features yet to come which will certainly help with organising things from the users side such as profiles and import/exporting tables, as for now it's pretty straightforward (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) so that will be very appreciated and basically make this a no-brainer app for anyone wanting to implement shopify and Australia Post. Keep up the great work guys.
I was so impressed by Zahn's service! I emailed him at 10.30 pm one night not expecting a response at such a weird hour, and he pointed out where I'd erred then and there. App does exactly what we need.
