Fantastic app, works seamlessly for past several years we have been using it. Any issues it may experience has been dealt by a extremely competent and transparent support team. Which is rare among Shopify App developers. Highly recommended.

Great app that works seamlessly with Shopify. Really easy to use, support has been great and Laura has been so helpful! We wanted to change the default on a certain field and Laura actioned it immediately.
After years of using and being super happy with this app., I encountered a shipping problem with an item that should have gone smoothly. The Staff spent some time investigating and finding the problem, which was created by myself, and then fixed it for me. I can thoroughly recommend both the app. and especially the helpful Staff.
I used this app to give real time shipping rates for Australia post and it has worked seamlessly. All Australian should consider this essential.
Recently we moved to eParcel (Australia Post's worst software). I emailed Zan to support realtime integration of the eParcel rates, I received an instant response and support for eParcel that our staff just love. Thanks to Zan and the team.
The developer is super helpful and quick in solving any query.
I would recommend them for any Shopify store in Australia.
Started off well using this, but the plan of the app quickly jumped up into charging us more ($25 a month), and the rates were incorrect at checkout. It's showing a lower price for shipping at checkout to customers which means we have to cover the additional spend on shipping ourselves. This extra $2-3 on shipping per sale quickly adds up and the support team have not helped resolve this issue and are refusing to give us a refund on the monthly subscription. The refund would at least help cover some of the discrepancy but they are refusing! I am going to find a new provider immediately as this is such a headache and costing our business. Would not recommend.

Fantastic app, astounding support. I can only echo the other reviews left on Addition support's app. If you're shipping via Australia Post this is the app you want and need.
We had some very minor modifications required and Addition support was responsive, patient and helpful prior, during and after the app was installed.
I am not a very tech savvy guy but I managed to link my Australia Post account API with 'Ready to Ship'.
From there I was stuck on how to get my Australia Post Pricing Schedule rates to show in the checkout on my Shopify site.
I contacted Addition support who replied within minutes and he worked to issues out for me.
Within a couple of hours I had the rates linked via API to Shopify and the checkout was singing. Customers could finally get specific shipping rates for their location through Australia Post.
Good work Addition support.
