Terrible customer service. Responses are formulaic and clearly copy-pasted from templates, showing a complete lack of effort or logical problem-solving. They prematurely diagnosed an incompatibility with our store, when in fact the issue was caused by another app—a clear indication of poor training and engagement from their support team.
I can’t comment on the app itself, as we couldn’t even get past the initial setup due to their unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience(Michele).
Integration and installation were very easy. Nova: Multi Currency Converter is a really useful application that made my job easier. The support team solved my problem immediately. They were very helpful. Thank you so much for your help John

My country's currency is not on the list. So when customers visit my store and change from the initial currency on display, they are not able to change it back to Naira for display.
