My experience using Nova: currency converter app is amazing. I believe it's one of the best I've used so far – I absolutely love it! And the customer service is TOP TIER!

Because I had a specific request to hide certain currencies, this app wasn’t able to support that particular function. However, the app settings page was incredibly easy to navigate, and the instant chat support was excellent — responsive, friendly, and very helpful!

Super fast and friendly support from Jon, who kindly helped me with the app installation. The app works great across all the pages of our store. The only thing missing is more flexibility for the Currency Switcher's positioning - the fixed always-on-top option isn't ideal for us.

Excellent customer service! I needed some help setting it up, and they where super helpful and fast.
Only negative is that the currency bar is not in a static position, but follows you when you scroll which i find quite irritating.

Nice free app but with limitations, if the position of the currency buttons are customisable it'd be a perfect free app! Jon was super responsive and helpful. Anyway if you know coding, i suppose repositioning the currency button wouldn't have been an issue!
