Terrible customer service. Responses are formulaic and clearly copy-pasted from templates, showing a complete lack of effort or logical problem-solving. They prematurely diagnosed an incompatibility with our store, when in fact the issue was caused by another app—a clear indication of poor training and engagement from their support team.
I can’t comment on the app itself, as we couldn’t even get past the initial setup due to their unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience(Michele).
I recently started using the Nova Multi-Currency Converter, and I must say it's been an absolute game-changer for me. The app is incredibly user-friendly, offering accurate conversions with a sleek interface. What truly sets Nova apart, though, is their 5-star customer support. I had a small issue with syncing rates, and their support team was not only quick to respond but extremely helpful in resolving the issue. They were professional, patient, and made sure I was fully satisfied before closing the ticket.
Highly recommend Nova for anyone looking for a reliable currency converter with top-notch customer service!

The installation process is really simple.
Support response rate is really fast and straight to the point with no fluff and many questions, overall I'd say it's one of the best apps we've installed in all of our stores.
