STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
So I stopped using this App a week ago as there was a much better alternative and tried to cancel but unfortunely I was unable to and I was charged. Moments after being charged I reach out to the developer to get a refund and still no replies.
They keep asking the same question over and over. Stay away from this APp the shit don't work you'll be better offf testing out or trying another App, trust me! You'll thank me later.

Regarding the app charges, they align with the Shopify billing cycle. If the app remains in your store after the trial ends, Shopify automatically applies the monthly subscription charge.
Since you didn't utilize the app, we'll arrange a one-month refund for your store. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing, and we'll keep you updated via email.

Not working well
I do not see it on the bottom of my page at all why is that. It shows that it is installed but nothing is there

this app completely wrecked my websites coding. The staff would not help at all. I had to pay someone to fix it all. I would not suggest it to anyone!

Their support have completely ruined my website!!! Do not get any customisations from them as they are completely incompetent - now my website is slow and full of glitches along with my banner not displayed correctly. This company is honestly fraudulent - they will say a change has been implemented when it clearly hasn't and just send photoshopped screenshots. I will now have to pay someone to fix the problem they have created. They've done edits to my site I haven't even asked for. I don't understand how this app is even permitted to be on here. For the love of god do not download this app!!!!
Also it looks like they are flooding the reviews page with fake reviews so that the negative one's aren't visible. Shopify need to do something about this

Después de 6 meses pagando por la aplicacion Y tres veces que les concedi permiso para entrar en mi tienda, resulta que no han sido capaces de fijar la moneda principal de la tienda , pero me han seguido cobrando todos los meses. Solicite la baja , me escriben contestándome que si, que ya me dieron la baja, pero me siguen cobrando por la aplicación estando desactivada , y habiendo borrado ellos su código del sistema de la tienda

According to the Shopify Billing Cycle, you were charged. One has to uninstall the app from the store in order to stop the subscription charges. On your request, our team had removed the entire app code from your store safely but as the app was still there you were charged for next month as well.
Since you have uninstalled the app now, we won't be directly able to refund you. Please contact Shopify support for the refund and we will approve the refund!
