We worked with the app for 1,5 years and it all worked all fine. Unfortunately it was just a bit comlicated whenever changing the variants, as you had to delete the prices and then reinsert - all possible, but just quite time intensive. Other than that very helpful support.

The team efficiently reply and steup the app. In shorth I was able to operate my store in 2 currencies with optimize feature. Thank you

Really useful. It's the best app for putting a price in local currency automatically. perfect for international pricing.

App works well with the Evlv Apparel store and have not had any issues with it so far. Very cool.

Very useful tool to add to your website, especially for international customers! The only bit is that you will need to contact customer support to help with replacement on the website, but customer service is usually very responsive.

Happy so far, haven't used the app much but enjoying it so far. would recommend to friend who use shopify as well.

The team at MLV were very helpful and able to accommodate our requests to integrate the app into the store. The app does what it says on the box and is very reliable overall.

The app is great, but if there is also a language selector based on the customer ip address it will be far greater, thats why i gave it 4 stars not 5

For the support, Harun was a very great support he was fast, responsive very delicate. Thank you Harun for the best support you gave me.

For the Technical, Jay was fast very fast actually, they told me they need until Monday to finish the technical task but he already finished it within 1 hour on Friday.

Update: Mlveda fixed the issue quickly this time. It turns out the issue kept happening because we were making updates to Shopify templates which is our regular site maintenance routine. Mlveda fixed this dependency from the template as well.

Original review:
It's been a few months we are trying to use this app. To install the app or to change any settings you need their support team and the communication is very weak.
We paid a customization to check out in the selected currency and this part broke 3 times in the past several weeks. Every time it breaks it takes weeks to fix with minimal communication.
I am giving them the last chance to fix it quickly and unfortunately if this does not happen I will uninstall it.
Unfortunately cannot recommend this app to anyone at this point.
