on checkout the currency goes back to the primary country, how can we make it provide the buyers currency?
Shopify does not allow any currency app to work at its checkout hence Auto Currency Switcher app works till the cart page only.
For checkout, you can enable Shopify Multi Currency feature or you can drop an email at support@mlveda.com and we will assist you with the checkout app by MLVeda that you had on your store earlier.
Also, you can reply to the email already sent on payment.mosaic@gmail.com.

Just started, but easy to install!
this app is AMAZING and does exactly what it says on the tin. The team were incredibly helpful in setting this up for me for FREE and were always quick to reply and customise the app to my site. They also aided me in customising the currency converter for mobile devices. Since installing the app, my overseas sales have ROCKETED and I'm absolutely thrilled with it.

I needed a currency switcher to make sure my store has international appeal. This app took around 5 mins to set up.
I needed some help adjusting the placement of the currency converter button, as it was interfering with other parts of my website. They responded so quick and fixed it perfectly. I am going to be looking for more Shopify apps from this developer because of their terrific service.
