I came across the MLV Currency Converter app on Shopify and was instantly impressed, not just by the app, but by the people behind it. Shivani, who connected with me, turned what could have been a simple support call into an outstanding experience.

Though I initially had doubts and couldn’t connect much because my father wasn’t well, Shivani’s first response wasn’t about the app, it was about me. She asked about my father’s health and told me to take my time, reminding me that family comes first. That personal touch already set her apart.

When we finally connected again, Shivani walked me through every feature with patience and clarity. She even showed me how to hide flags, giving my store a more premium, sleek look. I’ve tried other currency apps before, but there was always something missing. MLV, however, works flawlessly and beats them all hands down.

What really stood out was Shivani’s dedication. She was even willing to stay beyond her shift just to ensure I had everything I needed (though I didn’t allow her to). That level of commitment is rare.

It’s okay easy to follow but too fast and we couldn’t see very well the part about typing. But I did manage to set it up so I’m thrilled (I know zero about computers)

Update: well apparently they have people you can email. And they can do most of this stuff for you if you don’t know a thing about computers took me 3 hours to figure out where to paste 2 lines of code I’m so glad there are people who can do this sort of tinkering set up for you. I had issues with the box covering my cart icon they managed to move it to the other side of my screen and even make the white box PINKhow awesome is this service .

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Harun from the MLVeda team. His support was excellent — fast, clear, and very helpful. I recently had some issues with the currency switcher showing up twice in the footer, and Harun sorted it quickly and professionally.

Since the changes were made, everything has been running smoothly. I also spent a bit of time over the weekend checking the storefront, and I’m really pleased with how it looks and functions now.

the team (Vijay) was super helpful. they helped me set the app to my theme and were super quick. shopify don't have multi currency for basic plan and this app is the perfect solution.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
So I stopped using this App a week ago as there was a much better alternative and tried to cancel but unfortunely I was unable to and I was charged. Moments after being charged I reach out to the developer to get a refund and still no replies.

They keep asking the same question over and over. Stay away from this APp the shit don't work you'll be better offf testing out or trying another App, trust me! You'll thank me later.
