The app is great, but if there is also a language selector based on the customer ip address it will be far greater, thats why i gave it 4 stars not 5
For the support, Harun was a very great support he was fast, responsive very delicate. Thank you Harun for the best support you gave me.
For the Technical, Jay was fast very fast actually, they told me they need until Monday to finish the technical task but he already finished it within 1 hour on Friday.

I think that the app overall is good. However, I wish that with the currency options were flags next to the drop-down so that viewers could immediately see where the converter was.
was easy to install and seems to work well! however the symbol for my default currency is no longer displaying? and not all the selected currencies are displaying e.g. it converts to Euro and UK Pounds but not AUS$. Also Canadian $ is not displaying at all despite me having selected it. However i am happy that pounds and euros are working and it was easy to install.

I'm very glad to use this application which I'm sure, bring a lot of added value to my website. I got some troubles on the way to install it but the team has been very reactive. They replied to me within 24 hours and solve the problem in the meantime. It is really appriciated.

just installed the app, so far looks good and fits within my page theme. loving it so far! 4 stars from me!
Initially, I had trouble with this app, making it appear correctly. When I tried to uninstall, it corrupted my current theme. I learned a lesson, always make a backup before making any big changes or installing a new app.
After some frantic effort, I got in touch with support. They quickly fixed the problem and issued an apology for the troubles. They promised to look into the issues vexing me, taking full responsibility.
The app serves a useful purpose but there are some things that have to be fixed in future releases. The customer service was responsive and the management took responsibility, fixing the problem right away.
I expect them to make improvements in the future.
Had to change font color to black as the default setting was white. The default background color of drop down list was white. So the 2 whites make the drop down list look like it's empty. Other than that it all works fine.
