I use this app and at first it was covering my search button on my store Dripstoreww.com so I emailed the support team about intergrating my widget to look more fitted to my site within a week I had a reply and also they had fixed the problem plus intergrated the colour to better match my theme. I'm using the free version and needed help installing it. Since it's free, I wasn't expecting too much help and was preparing to delete the app. Shaba came to my rescue and helped me install it. Then she helped me move the converter on my site exactly where I wanted it. So far, so great.
