Auto Fulfill

The main features are fine, but the Autorun feature for an Autofulfill Sheet Vendor is broken. It doesn't run. We have to manually Edit the vendor, save the same settings, in order for the autorun to run. What's the point of Autofulfill if it doesn't autorun as scheduled?

We've been trying to reach out and get a response from the developers and it has been impossible. We've sent several emails in the past 3 weeks and they haven't responded yet. We received an autoresponse email saying they'll "reply before Monday" but it's been 2 weeks. We're just looking to get the autorun feature to actually work. Unfortunately, there's no other app that fits our needs.

Once the autorun feature for a vendor is working, then it's fine.

We're a long time paying customer and the app is working OK. However, do not expect any help from their customer service, if you have a problem or report an unexpected behavior (our case). They have ignored our email requests completely.

I've used this app for over a year now and love it! Super basic interface but great to use. My vendors also love using it. Very simple to keep track of orders on their dashboards and update tracking. Syncing is 10/10 as well as the customer support team. Thanks for the great app!

We have used it for a full year now and it has saved us a lot of time. Didn't need support until today but response was instantaneous. Highly recommend.

I have a store with multiple drop-ship vendors. This app allows for multiple drop-shippers to receive fulfillment emails from a single order.

We are always finding unfulfilled orders and it never syncs the orders correctly. The support team is also not really helpful! After our complaints and 1-star review, they fixed the problem.

The biggest life savior for my business has come in the form of this little gem! I've not only saved myself a ton of money and time, but also a lot of headaches from missed orders and improperly entered tracking that is now all automated - not to mention less customer service issues that I predict will lead to more repeat business and a higher customer retention. The service is absolutely INVALUABLE!!!

I'm not sure why the reviews of this app are good - this app just doesn't work. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel the need to in this case as I've given them so many chances and I'm so disappointed.

The app hasn't once done what it claims to do, and customer support are almost non existent. Orders aren't fulfilling or they're partially fulfilling despite tracking information being added. At times our customers have received notifications when they shouldn't have, or their orders have been partially fulfilled.

AVOID.
