A great app, great functionality & support. Very professional as well. Every time I need a support from them. they are always replying. Thank you guys for the great work.
I got the help I needed, in record time. Customer support was very patient and went above and beyond.
We're a long time paying customer and the app is working OK. However, do not expect any help from their customer service, if you have a problem or report an unexpected behavior (our case). They have ignored our email requests completely.
I've used this app for over a year now and love it! Super basic interface but great to use. My vendors also love using it. Very simple to keep track of orders on their dashboards and update tracking. Syncing is 10/10 as well as the customer support team. Thanks for the great app!

Such a great app! It is exactly what I needed to automate the fulfillment process with multiple vendors. Support is amazing and very responsive. I reached out to them on 3 separate occasions about improving some of the features they were able to accommodate all of my requests very quickly so that the app works exactly the way I need it to. I highly recommend!
