AutoFulfill has really been a blessing for my USA drop ship items. Prior to them, I was uploading an excel file every night to my vendors. Now my vendors can automatically see my orders, and I can see when they fulfill. Their customer service has been phenomenal! I would really recommend.

Prakesh was great. He went over and above what he had to do and even helped me fullfill some of my orders!! Great service. It was the best. Couldn't be more satisfied

Haven't used the app to fulfil any orders just yet but support has been super helpful at getting everything set up and integrated with Infinite Options.

Great support! The app is super nice to use and easy to navigate. It helps auto fulfill orders and set up the foundation for fulfillment.

They have great customer service that answered any questions that I could possibly of thought of.

Downloading and setting up was easy and I'm sure it would have been a great app to use. However, customer service is sketchy. There isn't a number to call and I was told I can schedule a call to talk to someone. When I asked for a customer service number the person said they didn't have on at the moment. when I asked again they needed to go talk to someone, and when I finally got a number it was an app personal number. I'm really big on customer relations and this wasn't a good experience especially to do business with.

Dominic was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. He patiently helped me with fulfilling orders that have been a struggle to fulfill with other applications. Highly recommended. Thank you Dominic!!
