I'm having constant issues with their app. It never syncs the orders I'm having to contact their support on a regular basis and wait for responses!

The orders did not sync because one of the items had a special character. After we added the special character, the orders now sync. Thank you for continuing to use Autofulfil.
Hundreds of merchants use Autofulfill. We provide exceptional support as validated by 97% 5-star reviews out of 91.
The app doesn't load despite multiple tries. Not useful despite trying to install the app in multiple browsers.
This shop did not have any orders. You did not enter the app or test it. The shop is inactive. This is a fake review and we have reported it to Shopify.
The app works in all browsers. We have many happy customers who have been using it for many years.
Im a very long time paying customer.
App used to be great with good customer service.
However it 'breaks' once per month lately.
No orders have been emailed to our vendors for 5 days and still no help from customer service.
Im trying to find a new app today
