This is how Auto Fulfill works:

1. Select or map products related to specific vendor, supplier or manufacturer.
2. A permanent fulfillment link is created for each vendor. Share the link with your supplier.
3. When an order is placed, Auto Fulfill will identify and instantly send the product and shipping information. You can also send order information by email with a Packing slip.
4. The fulfillment link will be used by your supplier to see unfulfilled orders
5. After the order is shipped, vendor can bulk enter tracking numbers.
6. The vendor can also enter comments to notify about product or shipment delays.
7. After tracking number is entered by vendor, the order is fulfilled automatically at time scheduled by you.
8. You also have an option to automatically notify customers of the shipment.

You can fulfill orders without tracking number for digital products like gift cards, coupons, ebooks, and warranty.

You can also bulk fulfill orders using Google Sheet or Excel file.
