I had difficulty figuring out how to install this app but the support was wonderful and configured it rapidly for me.
This app is too much slow when you reload the page , i already informed the app management name of lynda but she did not response, i really disappointed , even i would to inform about this issue to shopify.

The app is loaded after the entire site is loaded.
It has no impact at all on your site overall loading speed.
It works this way because we are do not change or add code to your theme.

We rather stay risk free and avoid leaving messy themes behind.
As per the lack of response claim - I'm surprised you feel this way.

Was it our refusal to change your store's payment platform that got you upset?

That's a task that is too risky and private for us to do on your behalf.

Great app, very helpful staff. Better than competitor app where the staff was not so helpful, totally recommended.
App seems to function ok when it's working, but it's very unreliable, their servers are down too often causing the functionality not to work during the down time.
Also it will take a noticeable amount of time to work after page loads, so it increases the load time of your website and slows it down, it's free but I wouldn't install it if they paid me.

We serve over 2,000 merchants and had 1h downtime in our first month in the air.
As you're an entrepreneur yourself - you know that sometimes, things just don't go as expected.
The incident was unexpected since the server company we use had a downtime due to severe overload.
We learned from that incident and starting next week we are moving to a new CDN service to provide faster loading times and better infrastructure overall.
This upgrade would apply to all of our apps - currently powering over 15,000 online businesses worldwide.

I tried to set up the app, followed their guide video and written and the button to enable the app never worked. I tried to reach out to support but only got the same guide sent back to me again. Not a great experience to have spent this time playing around with my currencies and trying to make this setup work. I highly recommend that this app work on a easier setup or better guide... I was happy cause it was free but it doesn't work for me.

It's a manual process impossible to automate.
It usually takes about 60 seconds to change the formatting and complete the installation.
