JD Auto Schedule has been a great tool for our meal prep business. We run a weekly rotating menu, and being able to automatically publish and unpublish items has saved us a lot of time and reduced manual errors. Simple, reliable, and very effective.
Jamie Derrick has also been very responsive and helpful. They’ve even made updates to better fit our needs—like allowing us to reorder products within a collection before the menu goes live, so everything appears exactly how we want it.
You can tell that if you have a functionality need, they’re open to feedback and willing to improve the app whenever possible.

This app has improved efficiencies with my workload. Running promos now is less labour intensive than it used to be.

I use Auto Schedule to plan daily drops for my vintage store, and it’s been a game changer. The CSV import feature has saved me hours of manual work each month. Auto Schedule has been a great addition to our workflow. Claudia’s support has been consistently excellent, quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. The new CSV import tool is exactly the kind of improvement merchants appreciate. It makes setting up scheduled promotions in bulk so much faster, especially when planning discounts or product drops ahead of time!
What stands out is how responsive the team is. They listen to real merchant pain points and ship features that actually solve them. The automation works reliably; scheduled discounts, publish/unpublish tags, and timed changes all run without babysitting.
If you’re looking to automate sales, discounts, and other timed updates without staying up past midnight, this app does the job really well. Highly recommended.
