Hey the app is no longer working at all. Can you please fix? It has stopped turning products on and off completely.

Hello there,

I'm very sorry you experienced an issue with our app. Unfortunately we did have a brief issue overnight which was quickly resolved as soon as we became aware.

I did send you an email at about 12 noon (UK time) explaining this with an apology which was before you left this review. Can I kindly ask you to check that you have received it?

Nice repeat fonctionnality but for me this app works every other time.
Support very long to answer.
I go with another app and it works greats

I'm so sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues. I would like to get in touch with you regarding the issue of the app working every other time so we can get to the bottom of why this might have happened.

Regarding "support very long to answer" - as was explained to you at the time, unfortunately a couple of your emails ended up in the spam folder. After we identified this, we responded to you very quickly (within minutes) but we did not receive a reply to our last email offering support.

We have since completely removed the spam filter.
