IMPORTANT - the app does not automatically apply the shipping profile according to inventory rules when a product goes out of stock. To update the shipping profile based on inventory levels, a bulk sync from the app will be required

We are sorry for your loss.

However, as already explained to you over email, the app DOES NOT claim to automatically apply shipping profiles to existing products. It only auto applies shipping profiles to NEW products that you create as CLEARLY MENTIONED in the app's description on the listing page.

Request you to read the listings and features available in the app in detail first before installing apps and dropping negative reviews. Just imagine if someone drops a negative review for your products which you do not even claim to offer, how would you feel.
