Asked for support but never received a response. Seems to be an issue with Shopify app developers. If you aren't going to support your app, don't make one, pretty simple.

This error usually means that your email sub domain is not configured correctly for incoming emails, which explains why you might have been missing emails from other app devs as well.
Anyway, please reach out to us at info@speedysquirrel.xyz via an email id of yours that works for immediate resolution on your query. It would not take us more than one minute to resolve your issue, provided you have a working email address.
