從網路上找到有推薦這款插件，界面清楚容易操作，我不是IT出生，使用上完全不吃力，也不需要自己編輯程式碼。
客服回覆速度很快，也非常專業、細心，看到我的網站裡有中文，Esther特地問我需不需要使用中文聊天。
不論是對於新創立的個人，或者成長中的企業，都是一款很好用又方便的軟體

Solid 5 stars, the helpdesk replies almost instantly. Have not yet tried the app. However, it sounds good!
