We never used the app but found out they had been billing us for nearly a year. We downloaded it for the free trial a while ago but it didn't fit with our needs to we never upgraded to a paid plan. As we were cleaning up apps, we learned that they auto-enrolled us even though we never used it at all (even for the trial). When I asked to be refunded, they refused. Why would you keep money from a store who never used your app at all? It's unethical and disappointing that this is how they operate. We now know we won't be using Nextools for anything going forward as we prefer to work with honest and ethical companies.
Hi, I'm very sad you decide to leave a bad review after all our conversations where we offered you a discount on other apps or to find an agreement. If you decide to rethink about it we are here as always.
Just to clarify that we did not "auto-enroll", but a plan has been activated accepting a 7 days free trial, after that period that app should have been removed otherwise the plan will start.
