They never responded to my tickets, it's the second time they've made charges that I've already cancelled, I've already deleted my account from the app and nothing. They send advertising emails but they don't solve my problem

I do not recommend AutoDS app. I have received so many emails from them since signing up with them before the holidays of products being out of stock and there is nothing auto about it. Everything had to be done manually. Now that I sent an email that I want to cancel my subscription and would like reimbursement., I have not gotten any response back. I have not made any money through this app as they did not fulfill my orders and the products were out of stock. They sent me a email this morning saying I could not cancel an order that they got in late and I received an email from Amazon saying it was canceled because it is too late. Amazon canceled any order that they put through because they were all late :( So many glitches and bugs in the system. I even received an email from someone saying they are new, wth I’m so disappointed with my experience and just want it cancelled and my refund.

I downloaded this app based on YouTube recommendations and the enticing advertisement. However, the experience was disappointing. The app requires a $50 monthly subscription, and the advertised features actually entail additional purchases, which were not disclosed. I strongly dislike misleading advertisements and the sense of being deceived. Hence, I'm giving this app a one-star review. I've unsubscribed from the associated YouTube channel and disliked videos discussing this app.

Having now endured 1.5 arduous years in partnership with AutoDS, I feel obligated to share my disastrous experience to prevent others from falling into the same abyss.

In spite of the audacious promises, their software is in fact glaringly dysfunctional. It has consistently failed to monitor stock or price changes from supplier websites. Time and again, my store has indicated items being out of stock when, in reality, they are readily available on the supplier's site.

Each occurrence has been an uphill battle, taking over a month to rectify only for the same issue to resurface within a few months. These recurring bugs have shackled my business, preventing me from conducting marketing activities and stifering growth. I have been unable to turn a profit due to AutoDS' blunders.

It's important to note that this software isn't a minor investment - it costs nearly $100/month, excluding the additional costs of running a business. Regrettably, they offer no refunds, only credits towards more use of their defective system.

Their customer service is equally disheartening. Executives turn a deaf ear to user inquiries, responding only when a negative review threatens their facade. Even then, it's merely a plea for the review's removal rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

With no other viable options and a business bled dry, I am forced to close the doors of my E-commerce venture, Clever Casita. It is with a heavy heart and an empty pocket that I bid farewell, all thanks to the abysmal experience with AutoDS.

If there's anything to take away from my experience, it's this: Do NOT entrust your hard-earned money or your business dreams to AutoDS. You'd be better off throwing your money into a wishing well and hoping for a miracle. The software's perennial errors and inadequate support make it an absolute liability, rather than an asset for your business. A thorough disappointment, AutoDS, and a monumental letdown for all who believed in you.

Holy sh*t this is a terrible app. They took about 450 dollars from me and only gave about 230 back as a refund. It's super confusing to use, they have terrible shipping prices, and they do not refund fully as mentioned before. I thought I was on a trial yet they charged me a ton of money.. No idea how they have this many good reviews, this was by FAR the worst experience I have had with an app. Please save yourself the trouble and stick to CJDropshipping or something similar. I cannot express enough how awful of an app this is.

AutoDs à fuir !
Pour 40 dollars tu peu importer seulement 500 variantes de produit et non 500 produit comme indiquer ( Exemple : pour des forêt qui on plusieurs diamètre, vous pouvez pour 40 dollars espérer mettre environ 5 à 6 articles maximum dans votre boutique. ) Ridicule...
Il y a de nombreux bug présent et de fonctionnalité très sommaire:
1- Pour certains articles les variantes ne seront pas totalement importer
2- Le stock pour certains articles et faussé donc en rupture constante
3- Les prix de certains articles hors de la chine sont importer en dessous du prix d'achat (ceux qui peu posé problème ces d'avoir un article moins chère que le prix réel)
4- L'importation, le tri des images, le tri des variantes tout est non fonctionnel

Je vous laisse découvrir ou pas l'une des pire plateforme jamais conçus à ce jour ! Bonne chance !

AutoDs to flee!
For 40 dollars you can only import 500 product variants and not 500 products as indicated (Example: for forests that have several diameters, for 40 dollars you can hope to put around 5 to 6 items maximum in your store.) Ridiculous...
There are many bugs present and very basic functionality:
1- For certain items the variants will not be fully imported
2- The stock for certain items is distorted and therefore constantly out of stock
3- The prices of certain items outside China are imported below the purchase price (those which pose a problem are having an item cheaper than the actual price)
4- Importing, sorting images, sorting variants everything is non-functional

I'll let you discover or not one of the worst platforms ever designed to date! Good luck !

AutoDS has made significant improvements to its service recently. It's now effectively detecting prices, and stock, and providing better support for a variety of suppliers beyond Amazon. The changes have greatly improved our profit margins, and AutoDS is now a valuable tool in our e-commerce operations. Their customer service, especially the assistance provided by Dorina, has been exceptionally helpful in resolving issues promptly. Thanks to these improvements, we're now much more satisfied with our experience with AutoDS.

I have been with you for more than one year
1. when you tell me those items are not supported by Autods, and you advertise that you support Costcouk as a supplier This means you lie to your customers
2. you advertise that your AutoDS automate my orders and I discovered that it's only for Amazon, not your other supplier This means you lie to your customers
3. when your system fails to update/monitor the products and I get orders for items not available on the supplier website and I lose money and reputation, in this case, This means you lie to your customers

and there is a lot more if you want me to continue mentioning your system failures.

Customer service answer :

If you got a sale with a loss or that the item is now OOS, it might have occurred between scans, meaning, the item was purchased according to the data of stock and price from the previous scan.

The products are being monitored multiple times a day for stock and price changes as per the supplier. It is possible that the changes in the source site are more frequent than the scans.

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent these cases from happening - there's no 100% guarantee as there can always be more frequent changes on the source site.
