AutoDS: Dropshipping & POD

So far my experience with Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD has been great. The products are unique and the process from picking to publishing has been smooth.

Auto DS is a very helpful app. I would have spent a lot of time trying to choose products for my store if it hadn't been for Auto DS and its helpful Auto DS Find feature. I love that it went and found trending products for me. Yes, as a newbie, that kind of help is pure gold! Way to go, Auto DS!

Unfortunately after approximately two months of using AutoDS, we have come to the decision in removing it. This is due to a number of issues that we've identified. The AutoDS 'Stock Monitoring' feature is of poor quality; as it only detects whether the product is in stock - it does not calculate the number of stock that is available; including any variants of each product. We use the GBP currency; as default, therefore we are unable to make use of the 'Fulfilled by AutoDS' feature; and so no order fulfilling will be provided to us, despite paying a large price in subscription fees. AutoDS customer service had failed to acknowledge the fact we cannot use many premium features and did not consider offering us a permanent and reduced subscription fee. Their best offer was one month free. While we do like the number of suppliers that AutoDS provides and the quick responses to emails, there are too many other problems. Regrettably, we cannot continue with AutoDS until a number of issues have been correctly addressed but it seems that customer support are unwilling to make such changes or improvements.

Seems good so far. Just getting started but the tool seems to have all you need!

I am giving this platform a 1-star rating due to the extremely poor support and overall disappointing experience. First, the support team is the worst I have ever encountered. They don’t thoroughly read the questions and only respond to what they deem necessary, often ignoring key issues. I had to repeat the same question in 4-5 emails before finally getting an answer.

Additionally, the platform offers the assistance of an AutoDS mentor, but my mentor did not respond for 3 or 4 days. I had to reach out again myself to get a response.

Moreover, the AutoDS platform lacks essential information regarding suppliers, such as where the listed products can be shipped. They claim to merely facilitate services, but on multiple occasions, I encountered products listed on the platform that I couldn’t sell because the supplier's link was broken, and I had no way of knowing if the product could be sold in the European market.

Overall, the support is unresponsive, the mentor service is unreliable, and the platform lacks critical information for sellers. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I am happy, easy to find products and the tictokme promotion seems excellent.

It's a new platform that needs to be discovered. So far, so good. I like how everything links fast between Shopify and AutoDS. I wish customer service could be more often available, especially for newbies. It is very user-friendly in general.

It is very easy to use and pulls products from a number of places, such as Amazon. Highly recommend Auto DS.

Incredible, what a great service, the technical support is wonderful, I have spent 2 hours talking to Ariane and she has explained everything in detail, they make the whole business much easier.
